A communication and extension strategy based on the Grain & Graze 'Change on-Farm' model has been adopted and will be implemented through the networks and activities of partner organisations, including the New South Wales Department of Primary Industries, Central West Farming Systems, Central West Conservation Farming Association, Stipa Native Grasses Association, Central West Catchment Management Authority and the Lachlan Catchment Management Authority.

This project will be the major mechanism by which currently available information, and new information produced by other projects, will be communicated to producers.
