Grain & Graze fact sheets are produced bimonthly for the region, including project activity updates and results from the research and development trials and focus farms. These are distributed via the FarmLink, New South Wales Department of Primary Industries' district agronomist and Murrumbidgee Catchment Management Authority community support officer networks, engaging a reading audience of around 1,500.

Field days at the trial sites and focus farms occur regularly, as do training days and workshops as part of the Grain & Graze Semi-Northern Agricultural Region Series.
